W. DENIS SHELLEY
Denis has been providing legal counseling to help clients plan well for their families since 1979. He first joined his father in the practice of law and over the years, their firm evolved into Legacy Estate Planners. His focus is on estate planning involving wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, charitable trusts, life insurance trusts and related planning strategies. Licensed in 1974 as a Certified Public Accountant, he uses this knowledge and experience to advise clients on estate and income tax planning to minimize or avoid their impact on his clients and their families. He also encourages clients to integrate asset protection into their planning when appropriate and reasonable.

ROBERT M. HOLLAND
Bob is from Monmouth County, New Jersey and was raised in the house where his father was born. He graduated from Boston University School of Law with a Juris Doctorate degree and was admitted to the New Jersey Bar. For the next 20 years he was the managing partner of a transactional law firm, which focused on real property, zoning, estate planning and probate. He also served for 3 years as a Judge of the New Jersey State Division of Tax Appeals. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1992 and has been a partner in the law firm of Legacy Estate Planners since 1998. His law practice today is devoted to serving clients by providing counseling and planning designed to address and preserve the values and unique goals of each client family.

EDWARD A. DIMAYUGA
Ed grew up in Ormond Beach and attended Tomoka Elementary, Ormond Beach Middle School, and Spruce Creek High School. He attended Boston College for his undergraduate study and earned a law degree from Tulane Law School. Ed first worked for a national law firm in Kansas City, Missouri practicing corporate environmental law for Fortune 500 companies. He also spent six years as a staff attorney at the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association helping the indigent, children in foster care, and veterans get legal help. Ed helps clients plan well through wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and designations of health care surrogates. When things don’t go according to plan, Ed assists clients in court proceedings in probate and guardianship.

Troy Egeberg
Office Manager / Estate and Trust Paralegal
Troy is a native of Daytona Beach, Florida and joined Legacy Estate Planners in 1996 as a Legal Assistant. She has since become a Florida registered Paralegal working primarily in Estate and Trust Administration. Her work experience and wealth of knowledge in Probate Administration as also allowed her to be a resource for other law firms and paralegals. Troy is not just a detailed person she is a people person, a legal“Florence Nightingale” to our clients. Troy is married to Joseph Egeberg and they have two beautiful daughters.

Rachelle Couture
Rachelle moved from California to Daytona Beach in 2001 and joined Legacy Estate Planners in 2005. Rachelle generally takes care of many of our “behind the scenes” office needs, but please feel free to call on her for assistance with anything.
